What do I need on the day?
Please have some photo ID ready. Don't have the logbook (V5C) or the keys? That's fine, just let us know when you call and we'll talk you through it.
Do you take cars that don't run?
Yes. We take vehicles whether they start or not, including MOT failures and accident-damaged cars. We can also take cars with no keys or no logbook.
What happens to my car?
It's taken to our yard, drained of fluids, and reusable parts are recovered. The rest is recycled.
